Weird. From the poll results, I found that 47% get stuck in jams but 53% are the ones watch those who are stuck.
Logically, the 47% shouldn't be the one who gets stuck in the jam right since the majority of the cars are in the opposite direction. Which means that the other direction should be jammed instead.
This is weird
Or we can blame it on lousy road design
